Arresting the water leaks from the ceiling by using the plastic felt laying over the roof as per the following procedure.

Cleaning the roof.
Applying one coat of Bituminous tar coating over the roof.
Laying Bituminous water proofing membrane (plastic felt).
Applying one coat of Bituminous tar coating over the membrane.
Final coat of aluminium paint over the bituminous coat for resisting the heat inside the building.
