Water proofing

Arresting the water leaks from the ceiling by using the plastic felt laying over the roof as per the following procedure.

Cleaning the roof.
Applying one coat of Bituminous tar coating over the roof.
Laying Bituminous water proofing membrane (plastic felt).
Applying one coat of Bituminous tar coating over the membrane.
Final coat of aluminium paint over the bituminous coat for resisting the
heat inside the building.

 

Repair & Rehabilitation of the buildings

We do the repairing of the RCC roof, columns & beams wherever
damages found. We attend the repairs by using the Fosroc Chemicals
to avoid further damage to the ceiling.
We attend the wall crack also by the pressure grouting with chemicals. This chemical will fill into the crack and strengthen the wall.
We do the revamping of the toilets also.
We totally improve the performance of the building after the repair
and painting.
